To drive audience awareness and engagement, Secret Location developed a narrative driven web experience profiling each show character's biography and bringing them to life to deliver monologues of their past directly to the audience. The project encompassed all aspects of digital starting from the web and extending to a mobile companion app. Our team managed to deliver visually stunning work that gracefully suited the significance and sensitivity of the subject matter. In partnership with TD Canada Trust, the app reached iTune's App Store and made the "must-have" app list of 2014.
I carried two roles during this six-month project: Developer and Analytics Manager. Building an adaptive website, my responsibility was to deliver the mobile build comprised of two phases of deployment that time released content furthering the narrative of the show in sequence with the six-part broadcast release. The challenge was to ensure the best web experience on mobile while pushing the boundaries of interaction and motion. I am proud to say that my part on this project won an FWA award for my team. My second role required me to setup Analytics to track the performance of two websites (Desktop, Mobile) and two apps (Android, iOS) with daily reports sent to our clients and partners.
